Good morning and welcome to Zoom day! Here are a couple of reminders:

  1. If you haven’t done a Flipgrid video this week, do it soon! This will be a required assignment next week, so all you blog readers can get it out of the way and cross it off your list! Here’s the link: Morning Meeting 5/13/20
  2. If you want to participate in Breakout Live this week, read this blog post to see what you need to do.

Science Thursday

We got our subscription to Generation Genius after we had already finished our Life Science unit, so there were quite a few lessons from earlier in the year that we didn’t see. Here’s one that will help you review what we learned about inherited and acquired traits. There is a simple plant experiment you can do at home. Plus, it has puppies!

Video of the Day

Here’s a video from our classroom from November 2019, when we were learning about organisms and their traits. Do you remember doing the peppered moth activity? I found a bunch of them last week when I was cleaning out the classroom, but I still don’t think I’ve found all of them!
